Our litigators have been representing our clients’ interests before courts, administrative authorities and in arbitration for years.

The team’s experience has been built up over years of participation in trials and proceedings before courts in various parts of Poland, as well as outside our country.

In proceedings before common courts, experts from our litigation department create adequate litigation tactics for the needs of a particular client. Thanks to their extensive knowledge and competence, they provide professional assistance and comprehensive representation from the moment the need to initiate proceedings arises, through the first instance, the court of appeal and up to the Supreme Court. Once a final judgment is obtained, our lawyers efficiently and effectively implement all legal measures for the effective enforcement of the sentence.

We prepare our clients for administrative proceedings, as well as outline to them the possibilities and ways in which their desired administrative decision can be achieved. Our lawyers comprehensively conduct the entire proceedings both before the body of first and second instance, endeavouring to realise the client’s interests to the fullest. In the event that the final decision would be issued in violation of our Mandate’s rights, we proceed with the case further demanding before the administrative courts to adjust the non-compliant decision, up to the Supreme Administrative Court.

In an effort to ensure the security of contractual relations in the cases conducted by us, at the request of our clients, we introduce provisions for arbitration in the contracts we construct. In the event of unsolvable conflict situation, we conduct comprehensive proceedings before arbitral tribunals, obtain enforcement titles and conduct execution proceedings on their basis.
