Przemysław Kwaśniewski
AdwokatPrzemek graduated Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University. Initially, he worked as an in-house lawyer at FAM – Technika Odlewnicza sp. z o.o. where he provided legal services and dealt with debt collection and enforcement.
For many years, he provided legal assistance to companies from the gambling industry, e.g. in the area of permits and disputes with administrative authorities. He has been providing legal services to entrepreneurs for many years.
Since the beginning, the focus of his practice area has been on litigation, in particular civil and criminal litigation.
Przemek also has cross-sectional and practical knowledge and experience in many different areas related to legal assistance for individual clients.
He is the author of articles in renowned legal journals (“Glosa. Economic Law in Judgments and Commentaries”, “Public Law Review”).
