My areas of expertise

Dominika is a graduate of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University of Lublin and the Rhenish Friedrich Wilhelm University of Bonn (summa cum laude). She also studied at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) and the University of Passau. She graduated with honours from the School of German Law at the University of Warsaw. She was also a participant of the Multilateral Internship Programme for Lawyers, organised by the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (Deutsche Stiftung für Internationale Rechtliche Zusammenarbeit), the Federal Bar Association (Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer) and the German Bar Association (Deutscher Anwaltverein).

She has cooperated with numerous law firms rendering legal services in favour of both Polish and of foreign entrepreneurs.

Dominika advises, first and foremost, on company law, with particular focus on incorporation and liquidation of companies. She provides day-to-day corporate assistance to companies (including alternative investment companies and their managers). She also participates in the processes of merger, demerger and transformation of companies.

In 2019, she was entered on the list of attorneys kept by the District Bar Council in Warsaw.

Additionally, she has been a certified translator of German language since 2022.

Dominika is a member of the German-Polish Lawyers Association (Deutsch-Polnische Juristen-Vereinigung e.V.).

She has been working with the law firm ZJPL International Lawyers (Subteno Legal) since 2018.
