Corporate AdministratorAvra is a highly motivated individual with knowledge and experience on registration, reorganization, voluntary liquidation, corporate banking and general administration and corporate governance of entities registered in Cyprus and other jurisdictions.
Avra’s duties include:
- provide corporate administration support to clients (preparation of agreements, resolutions, powers of attorney etc.), drafting of agreements and preparation of regulatory filings
- company winding up (both voluntary and compulsory). Assisting the clients with placing the Cyprus companies into members’ voluntary liquidation and creditors’ liquidation.
- migration of companies to and from Cyprus.
- maintaining and updating all company statutory books and records, i.e. registers of members, directors and secretaries.
- updating the Registrar of the company’s records, liaising with internal and external regulators, bankers, solicitors, auditors and agents. maintaining statutory records and registers for international companies, preparation and filing with the Registrar of Companies of all necessary forms for companies’ incorporation or changes in the company structure, conducting company searches, etc.
- preparation of several documents for certifications (notarizations), attestation with the Embassies and legalization (apostille)
