Aleksandra Wegerhoff
Attorney at Law, Legal AdvisorAleksandra graduated in law from the University of Silesia in Katowice. Holding the professional title of an advocate (Rechtsanwältin) in Germany and that of a legal advisor in Poland, she has been practising law in both countries for many years, being a member of the Bar Association in Düsseldorf and the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Katowice. Since 2016 she has been associated with the law firm Pietrzyk und Kollegen (now Subteno Legal) in Düsseldorf.
Aleksandra has many years of experience in contract law and cross-border provision of services, in particular in the field of posting and lending of employees; she participates in negotiations of international commercial contracts, represents entrepreneurs in court disputes before common courts in Germany and Poland, and has repeatedly been a member of teams conducting due diligence in the field of commercial contracts and labour law.
In recent years, Aleksandra has also supported Polish entrepreneurs in Germany in the field of competition law and intellectual property law, advising and litigating in cases arising from various infringements.
