Collective agreement for temporary employment agencies in the Netherlands ABU CAO

With effect from 31th of August 2022, the ABU collective agreement for temporary employment agencies was declared generally applicable and covers all actors providing labour  on the Dutch market, unless the provider falls under the exceptions in the agreement. The terms also apply to foreign companies providing workforce to users in the Netherlands.
