Yiannos started his career in one of the divisions of the Cyprus Ministry of Justice and Public Order, which has provided him with the exposure to the legal system and prosecution, as a result of which Mr. Vasiliou developed the unique skill to determine the most diligent approach in court proceedings. Thereafter Mr. Vasiliou has led the legal department of an FX Brokerage Firm, whilst also participating in the development and enforcement of the Company’s mission and budgetary scheme.

Yiannos has excelled in the academic area, completing his dissertation in the subject of EU Citizenship by Investment: A Right of EU Member State or a violation of EU Law, which resulted as a consequence of extensive research into the subject and a high level of expertise.

Yiannos aspires to materialise his skills and expertise into concrete results adjusted to the needs of his clients, his attention to detail and client’s best interests are the leading factors in development of the appropriate solutions, whilst encompassing a strong sense of commercial reality and consideration of all aspects of the current market in addition to the strong sense of time and cost efficiency.

Since 2023 Yiannos has become Managing Director of Subteno Legal Cyprus.

Main areas of practice include real estate and property managements services, immigration related legal services, advising companies from different industries on the most appropriate immigration status for both the employees and the company .
